BE ON
GUARD Against Advertisers:
The Cloverleaf team are proud of their products, design skills,
standards, customer support, and greatly value both existing and
potential Cloverleaf purchasers (trade retail & private individuals).
Against such a background it is sad to witness some internet retail
advertisers outside of the UK (mostly in the USA) cashing in on the deserved reputation of the Cloverleaf
brand name, but trashing the brand in the next breath.
This unsavoury practice works like this: An internet retail
advertiser who is not an appointed Cloverleaf agent incorporates
Cloverleaf products on their websites and makes great use of specific
product names so that internet search engines direct Cloverleaf
potential purchasers to their websites. Thereafter the shady dealer who
has no remote intention of retailing Cloverleaf products will (given the
opportunity) explain to the potential purchaser that they advise against
purchasing Cloverleaf, when they have a different superior product which
they fully recommend (for one reason or the other). Indeed who knows how
low some people can sink, so its impossible to second guess exactly what
reasons or excuses get made.
We ask that any potential Cloverleaf purchaser who comes up against the
above unsavoury described event to think twice before accepting any
technical recommendation. For sure asking the dealer to confirm that
they are an “authorised Cloverleaf appointed dealer” can be a vitally
important question. If in doubt then telephone Cloverleaf’s
office/factory for clarification (01277 366002).
It should be logical, but for legal clarity ALL the information
contained on the Cloverleaf website is for the sole benefit of
current authorised Cloverleaf dealers and Cloverleaf potential
private purchasers. It is not made available for any other purpose, and its use
by others is regarded as theft. That said Cloverleaf have no
objection whatsoever to any product information/photos being copied for use on any
genuine pond related internet forum. |
